Word Processor Blackberry
Do the Blackberries have Word Processors?
I am thinking about getting one and I want to which models(if any) have word processing. I am planning on getting a new phone and I think it would be best to have one where I can type documents on it.
If no models have word processing, can you point me to a phone(if any) that has word processing?
BlackBerry devices with an operating system lower than 4.5 don’t come with built in support for editing and creating Microsoft Word documents. They do come with a simple Memopad application. They do have the ability to read Microsoft Word (and other formats) via e-mail attachments.
Operating system v4.5 comes with Dataviz’s Documents To Go application which allows for the opening and viewing documents saved on a memory card. If you want out-of-the-box word processing using Microsoft Word you would want to look at a Windows Mobile device.
