Laptop Processor Upgrade

Can I upgrade my laptop’s processor and video card?

I have an Acer Aspire 5520-5912. It’s an AMD 1.9 dual core. I was wondering if I can upgrade the processor to a newer one? Also, am I able to upgrade the video card as well? Thanks for your input!
