Intel Processor Low Prices
What makes a computer good for video editing?
I currently have a computer made by me, and I want to uprgrade some stuff to make it perform better. Currently I have:
Intel P4 3.2 ghz
1GB pc3200 ddr ram
120 GB hard drive
Visiontek Radeo x1800xt (agp)
Intel d865perl mobo
120 GB HD
What I really want to change would be the processor and add maybe another gig of ram. So What would be a good processor, motherboard (with agp), and memory combo. Also A really low price would be great.

you don’t really need to change your processor. initially, you just need to add RAM modules (your system allows up to four). so you can go up to 8GB. if the speed is still unsatisfactory, that’s when you upgrade your processor.
