Inno3d Geforce 8500gt

Graphics card help please??????????

Which one sholud I get:
A. Inno3d Geforce 8500gt with 1 gb
B. Inno3d Geforce 9400gt with 512 mb

I would go with the faster processing speed of the 9400gt rather than worry about the amount of memory is on board the card. bearing in mind I was told this information by a pc shop sales clerk, and I have to say it did seem like the right thing once i tried the card I brought. But at the end of the day it is only your choice to make.
