Do You Need To Know Geometry for Calculus?
Ok, here is the deal, I’m a freshmen taking pre-calc this year and a geometry course. I dropped out of our schools course and took an online couse because I can do it in one semester (the schools one was moving to slow). But what i didn’t notice is that the course i signed up for was just “plain geometry”. It still teaches trig and stuff, but it doesn’t go into 3d figures. So should i go through my book that i got from the school (i still have it) or do you think i’ll be fine? I know the basic theorums for finding like surface area and volume of 3d figures..

I’m plaining on going farther than Multi-varible.. So that means i should go through my book?
Pre calc you really only need general math knowlege – algebra 90%, the geometry you know will do.
