I wanted to know if gta 4 on my pc? I got a dell inspiron 1525 but with 3 gb RAM?

My System Specifications are:

Dual Processor
250 GB Hard Drive
VRAM: 358MB
Dual Processor 2.7Ghz

the game will run but only if u have a good processor. saying only dual processor does’nt help.
