3D Plumbing mock up program??

i am after a program which i can run on windows XP. i want to be able to design a drainage system for the front of my garage as the existing plumbing drain blows water back during heavy downfalls of rain, which then runs back into the garage and floods it 30- 40 cm with water. i want a program that will allow me to draw the pipes and then simulate water running through so i can see if it still floods.
it would be helpful if the software was free, but if not still tell me please. Need lots of answers!!!!!!!!

Check that invert at the discharge is that much lower than the summit of the drain

Check that the drainage pipe is sized for the loading

Check that the drainage has got self-cleansing gradient

You may need the help of a competent Plumber rather than a 3D program
