Would you date someone who wears diapers 24/7?
I don’t wear them for incontinence though, I have had some accidents when I DON’T wear them.
It’s for convenience and I just like them.

Wearing diapers is not a big problem if you don’t let it be one. Other people’s attitude is determined by you.
Be proud of who you are and only if necessary let your date know of your extra thick underwear.
There are many people with bad plumbing problems and many of them choose to wear diapers or protective underwear as they try to gain control. There are also a lot of people who choose to wear diapers because of the security the diapers give them.
