3d Images Online Polarized
I just got some 3d glasses but I can’t find any images that work with them. A little help please?
I just went and saw Avatar in 3D, so I have the glasses laying around. I tried to look online to find some 3D pictures to use the glasses at home with, but I haven’t been able to find any that work. I believe the glasses are the polarized type (Real D 3D). Does anybody know of anywhere that has 3D media that will work?
With polarized 3d you have to have right eye images with one polarized light wave and all the left eye images with a different polarized light wave. Then the glasses can block the one set of light waves and let the other set through. The theater has to buy a special projector that can do this. Unfortunately your television or monitor can’t do two light waves. So you can’t watch polarized 3d video on your monitor. Online all you will find is anaglyph 3d that uses two colors to block and unblock images with those colors being red and blue.
