3d Grayscale

estimate on a tattoo?

I know it ranges from place to place, but i want to get a christian cross on my left back sholderblade and it will be in grayscale prolly in 3D about the size of the my hand or a little bit bigger i was wondering for a nice one how much will you think that will be thank you
i ment 2D not 3D
