What are some fun activities to do in Pismo Beach this Weekend?
I am taking my boyfriend to Pismo Beach this weekend. Both of us have never been. Does anyone know of some good inexpensive hotels, and some fun activities. I heard you can rent ATV’s! Please share some of your fun couple experiences in Pismo Beach!!!
Depending on how long you’ll be there and what you like to do, there is all sorts of activities…
You can rent ATV or ride Dune Buggies on the beach.
You can just enjoy the beach/pier… surfing, bodyboarding, etc.
You can drive about one hour north to Hearst Castle (that’s where I met my wife).
You can enjoy night life (Harry’s is a biker bar that is alot of crazy fun and great for people watching – right near the pier).
You can go hiking (tons of great trails – look for Montana de Oro).
You can go golfing – lots of great courses in the area.
It will be very hard to find “inexpensive” hotels anywhere near Pismo. And sadly I wouldn’t know them. I’m sure you can find some on the internet and just call… but expect at least $100 per night. There aren’t really any “bad” areas – through downtown might be louder at night.
