Pentium Core 2 Quard Processor for the new PC. Pls advice me that which one I should buy………………….?

Hello friends, I am going to buy new computer. I need your advice that which processor I should buy. Core 2 Quard 9550 OR Core 2 Quard 9550S. There is no difference between these processors excluding Wattage. I am giving you the link on which you will get a little detail about the all processors.
